1. Borrower must have an active bank account in his/her personal or company name which will be used to receive the loan funds transfer.
2. Borrower must be able to provide at least two months bank statement of the recipient account details as proof of signatory.

8. Grace Period: Borrower will start the repayment of his/her loan 3 months after the loan has been transferred. This grace period is the duration given to the borrower to set up business and start operations before repayment kicks off.
9. Failure to make a monthly payment of the loan seven days after the expected date/period attracts a 1.00% weekly fee till fully paid.
10. Borrower will be given four weeks (a month) grace to pay back any outstanding repayments (loan amount) at the end of the loan duration before legal actions will be take

11. Prepayment Penalties: There are no early repayment penalties attached to this funding.
12. Interest: Interest rate shall be 4.00% - 9.00% APR irrespective of the loan amount on monthly repayment basis.
13. Repayment: This loan will be granted to you as either an interest+principal monthly repayment loan or as interest only monthly repayment with a final balloon payment of principal at loan closing. You will have to confirm which works for you best.
14. Loan Process: It takes the interval of 3 – 5 business days from application to funding.
15. Loan Amount: Loan amount ranges from $30,000.00 and above for all purposes within the United States and overseas.
16. Additional documents will be disclosed during application reviewal.
17. Loan origination fee: borrower will be required to make an upfront payment for the loan origination fee after his/her request has been approved for funding by my management. This one-time origination fee will be calculated at 1.00% - 5.00% of the loan principal amount.
Classic funding llc, and all related logos (collectively the “The Classic funding llc Trademarks”) are trademarks or service marks of Classic funding llc. Other company, product, and service names and logos used and displayed on this Site may be trademarks or service marks owned by Classic funding llc or others. Nothing on this Site should be construed as granting, by implication, estoppel, or otherwise, any license or right to use any of the Classic funding llc displayed on this Site, without our prior written permission in each instance. We prohibit the use of any of the Classic funding llc Trademarks as part of a link to or from any site unless establishment of such a link is approved in advance by us in writing.
If you believe, in good faith, that any materials on the Site infringe your copyrights, notifications of claimed copyright infringement should be sent, in accordance with Title 17, United States Code, Section 512(c)(2) (under the “Digital Millennium Copyright Act”) to the Classic funding llc designated agent. The following are terms of a legal agreement (the “Agreement”) between you and Classic Funding LLC (“Classic Funding”) that sets forth the terms and conditions for your access or use of this website at www.Classicfundingllc.com, including any subdomain thereof (the “Site”). The Site is owned and operated by Classic Funding. This Site is being provided to you expressly subject to this Agreement. By accessing, browsing and/or using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
Classic Funding reserves the right to unilaterally amend this Agreement at any time and will provide notice of any such changes by posting the revised Agreement on the Site. You should check this Agreement on the Site periodically for the most current Agreement in effect. All changes shall be effective upon posting. Your continued use of the Site after any change to this Agreement constitutes your agreement to be bound by any such changes. Classic Funding may terminate, suspend, change, or restrict access to all or any part of the Site without prior notice or liability.

Additionally, by using the Site, you acknowledge and agree that Internet transmissions are never completely private or secure. You are authorized solely to view and retain a copy of the pages of the Site for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may also view and make copies of relevant documents, pages, images or other materials on the Site for the purpose of transacting business with Classic Funding. You agree that you will not duplicate, publish, modify, create derivative works from, participate in the transfer of, post on the World Wide Web, or in any way distribute or exploit the Site, or any portion of the Site for any public or commercial use without the express written consent of Classic Funding. You agree to use the Content and Site only for lawful purposes. You are prohibited from any use of the Content or Site that would constitute a violation of any applicable law, regulation, rule or ordinance of any federal, state, or local government, or that could give rise to any civil or criminal liability. Any unauthorized use of the Site, including but not limited to unauthorized entry into Classic Funding’s systems, misuse of passwords, or misuse of any information posted on the Site is strictly prohibited.

If you withdraw your consent to receive disclosures and information electronically while your loan request is still pending, Classic Funding will terminate your loan request and neither Classic Funding nor any other Lender for whom Classic Funding is underwriting, will consider your loan application. If you withdraw your consent to receive disclosures and information electronically after you have entered into a loan agreement or your use of the Site is otherwise terminated or suspended, then all other terms and conditions will remain the same, and Classic Funding will mail disclosures and any other required information to the most recent home address you have provided.
Hardware and Software Requirements. To access and retain the Communications electronically, you will need to use a device with an internet connection and an up-to-date browser capable of opening portable document formats (“PDF”), such as Microsoft Internet Explorer (see www.microsoft.com/ie for current version) or Mozilla Firefox (see www.mozilla.com for current version), and a valid email address that has been provided to Classic Funding. You acknowledge that you can receive and access communications in the formats described herein. For access and optimal printing of your loan documents in PDF format, you should consider downloading Adobe Reader (to install the free version of Adobe Reader click here: get.adobe.com/reader/otherversions/).
Mobile Technology. If you are accessing the Site electronically through a mobile device, such as a tablet, smartphone or similar device, you must be able to print and save the transmitted Communications. You can find apps that support printing and saving for most mobile devices through your mobile device’s app store. If your mobile device does not have this functionality, you must access the Site through alternate means that provide you with the ability to print and save the Communications.
Assignment. In addition, you further acknowledge that your consent to have all Communications provided or made available to you in electronic form and to do business with us is assignable to any entity that succeeds Classic Funding in servicing your loan, and/or owns a loan you obtained from us or with our assistance.
Updating Your Contact Information. You agree to keep us informed of any changes in the telephone number, email and mailing address you provide to us so that you continue to receive all Communications without interruption. You authorize your wireless carrier to use or disclose information about your account and your wireless device, if available, to Classic Funding, LLC or its service provider for the duration of your business relationship, solely to help them identify you or your wireless device and to prevent fraud. We collect information from your mobile operator and your device to protect the Site and your account from fraudulent use and to customize the experience for you. You authorize your wireless operator (AT&T, Sprint, T-Mobile, US Cellular, Verizon, or any other branded wireless operator) to use your mobile number, name, address, email, network status, customer type, customer role, billing type, mobile device identifiers (IMSI and IMEI) and other subscriber status details, if available, to allow verification of your identity and to compare information you have provided to Classic Funding with your wireless operator account profile information for the duration of the business relationship. The business hours of Classic Funding are Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to midnight EST, Saturdays from 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., and Sundays 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., EST. All application and loan processing are conducted Monday to Friday during business hours, including all money transfers related to loans. If applications are submitted after 5 p.m. EST on any given day, processing will not occur until the following business day. Successful application processing is contingent on the consumer providing all requested information and documents and passing all requirements and underwriting of Classic Funding or the Lender.
Classic Funding only consider making loans to residents of certain states in the United States of America in compliance with federal and specific state laws and requirements. Every loan amount may not be available in every state. Check with Classic Funding to determine in which states loans are available.
We will notify you if your application is incomplete, and you’ll have the option to provide additional information or documents. Loan applications are canceled after 30 days of inactivity.

You agree to the personal jurisdiction by and venue in the state and federal courts in colorado and agree and consent that the federal or state court with jurisdiction in Cobb County, colorado are the exclusive forum for litigation of any claim or cause of action arising out of or relating to this Site or the Content or matters related thereto. You agree that regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action arising out of or relating to this Site or the Content or matters related thereto must be filed within one year after such claim or cause of action arose or be forever barred.
Any failure by Classic Funding to exercise any rights or enforce any of these Terms of Use shall not constitute a waiver of such rights or terms. If any provision of these Terms of Use or their application in a particular circumstance is held to be invalid or unenforceable to any extent, the remainder of these Terms of Use, or the application of such provision in other circumstances, shall not be affected thereby, and each provision hereof shall be valid and enforced to the fullest extent permitted by law.
This Agreement supersedes any previous Terms of Use Agreement to which you and Classic Funding may have been bound. This Agreement will be binding on, inure to the benefit of, and be enforceable against the parties and their respective successors and assigns. Neither the course of conduct between parties nor trade practice shall act to modify any provision of the Agreement. All rights not expressly granted herein are hereby reserved. Headings are for reference purposes only and in no way define, limit, construe or describe the scope or extent of such section. This Agreement shall be subject to any other agreements you have entered into with Classic Funding. Certain sections or pages on the Site may contain separate terms and conditions of use, which are in addition to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. In the event of a conflict, the additional terms and conditions will govern for those sections or pages.
From time to time, Classic Funding will share consumer information with third parties. These third parties may assist us with responding to your requests, making loans, processing loans, and other related functions. We may also be required to disclose this information by law in conjunction with a law enforcement mandate, judicial proceeding, a court order, subpoena, search warrant or other such request. You acknowledge that data, information, and records obtained by Classic Funding in the course of your visiting or using this Site, whether stored in electronic or hard copy, will be the sole property of Classic Funding. You acknowledge that Classic Funding owns all rights and interest to such information obtained or provided, and you place no restriction on the lawful use of this information by Classic Funding. You expressly authorize and Classic Funding reserves the right, based on this authorization, to utilize, distribute, transfer, share, trade, disclose, and/or sell, or offer to utilize, distribute, transfer, share, trade, disclose, and/or sell data received about you to third parties for any lawful purpose. This Agreement is effective until terminated by Classic Funding. Classic Funding may terminate this Agreement at any time without notice, or suspend or terminate your access and use of the Site at any time, with or without cause, in Classic Funding’s absolute discretion and without notice. The following provisions of this Agreement shall survive termination of your use or access to the Site: the sections concerning Intellectual Property, Electronic and Telephonic Communication Consent, Site Security, Links to Third Party Sites, Recording and Monitoring, Cookies, Customer Website Accounts, Website and Account User Representations and Warranties, Data Ownership, Indemnification, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, Indemnity, Law and Venue and General Provisions, and any other provision that by its terms survives termination of your use or access to the Site.
